Valentines day You can tell the staff was over run by the night. We were fine but could tell others around us were frustrated by the amount of time to get their drinks. Sadly, this is a restaurant that should be closed. It is an embarrassment to the Sheraton brand. I have eaten here twice recently and both times it was bad service, bad food, and an overall bad environment. They're not very busy and have a lot of Staff but seem to run out of a lot of food items which suggests they can't afford to keep their menu items in stock.
