What User doesn't like about Parker And Sons Coffee Roasting:
Nice folks but it looked like everything was grossly over-roasted, as almost all beans were nearly black and glistening in oil. I purchased House Blend and Burundi whole beans. Prepared in a French press and confirmed my observations. The roast smokiness completely overpowered the flavors of the coffee. Pity too because the house blend might have had good complexity, but no way to really know? View all feedback.
Your own little roast coffee is fantastic. Maple latte is our favorite.
