The staff at this restaurant is incredibly helpful and polite. Our dining experience was enjoyable, especially since two of the four members in our group were cooks, one of whom works for the same brewery chain. If they approved of the food, it must be great! What User doesn't like about Apple Cart:
If you go when it's quiet I promise you a lovely meal!! Avoid at all costs during busy periods! Only time I've ever had an issue here was during a peak dinner rush however apart from that when it's half empty I've never had a bad experience! One thing that cannot be knocked is the staff friendliness! 7/10 food 10/10 service View all feedback.
Everything started with our order for drinks and foods that all arrived in good time after we had eaten our appetizers and our plates were removed, we were not asked if we wanted a pudding and it took a lot of time to win the attention of the staff so we could order one as they were busy talking or just walking around. to compile a good service could be much better.
Food was good and the price was really good. Bit of miscommunication with the servers as we got told our drinks were refillable and then when we asked for them to br filled they said they weren't. It was quickly resolved though when we asked the same server and he got us the drinks. Good atmosphere too, family friendly
Pleasant staff food was quick to be served was hot and delicious. Change of policy of no bill at end have to pay up front which is not a problem but....... The only point is the fact of no table service so if you want a drink middle of your meal you have to leave your food.
The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was nice. A couple of food items we wanted to order were not available, but it happens to all restaurants, and the food we had was nice. My only dislike is the 241 menu, it's clear that the each item is roughly double the price it should be. I suspect years ago the concept worked and was a bargain, but with rising costs has become a bit obsolete.
Poor value food poor quantity and quality. Over priced Sunday roast.
