I’ve been living in Peterborough for years and have heard nothing but good things about this shop. I have friends that come in from Lakefield just to have breakfast here. What User doesn't like about East City Coffee Shop:
Very disappointed, I asked for a side of sausages and got 2 small sausages the were butterflied and my BLT had 2 pieces of bacon on it which were broken in half to make it look like there was more. $38 dollars for 3 sandwiches and a side of 2 butterflied sausages, not worth the money!Won't go back which it too bad because I can get behind a business that supports cash only! Excellent breakfast. Bacon eggs, coffee. All right. Great service and easy-going atmosphere.
We had a small 5 person morning meeting over breakfast. It was a little squishy for 5 but otherwise fantastic food and service.Thanks guys!
