"A Warm Welcome Excellent Friendly Service Amazing Food Lovely decorated Spotlessly Clean Nice atmosphere with easy to listen to backgoud music A Must Visit We both chose the soup and sandwich deal and both had the homemade tomatoe soup and highlander sandwich. The soup was absolutely delicious as was the sandwich. The sandwich was filled with generous helpings of brisket beef, haggis,cheese and chutney marmalade. I thought the price was very reasonable at £20 in total, including soft drinks. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone as a Must Visit"

"Visited for the first time today with my mum and the fish and chips were absolutely delicious and served with a very generous pot of tea. The staff were courteous and polite and we were served our food piping hot very quickly after ordering. Excellent! We will be back."

"Supermarket chain dining with adjacent hotel near peterhead. beautiful intimate tables. menu varied with typical pub selection deep-fried flower wings with spicy bath were excellent. not so, afteros for a, tortilla chips were soft, stale tasting. no guacamole was present and presentation was bad on an ordinary side panel instead of an more attractive bowl. the main course was very good, we both had hunters chicken with speck and wimping melted cheese all broken into a smokey BBQ sauce. very tasty. nice pleasant atmosphere and personal were friendly and helpful. great place for a couple or family party."

"Fish and chips were mediocre at best and the steak pie was so hard and dried out it was inedible. There is clearly a shortage of vinegar also! Just moved to MacDuff but aon't be back here!"
