"This restaurant is beyond any expectations. It is a 2/3 hour- journey of a culinary experience using all the ingredients of the local territory. Even though I visited quite many restaurants of very good quality, this place is something else. All the member of the staffs take the food service to another level. Since they don’t have many tables, each guest is treated with a great attention. Please note that the name of the restaurant recently changed to Hyle, however when you will make the reservation this will be explained and they will also provide you the location. I absolutely suggest not to miss this gastronomical experience. It worth every cents."
