What LouBobHarborSprings likes about Beach's:
This is a relatively new restaurant on the main highway a few miles north of downtown Petoskey. They currently offer breakfast and lunch, closing at 2:00 p.m. I met there with a friend. We had a grilled cheese sandwich and a western omelet. Both of us found these menu choices tasty and reasonably priced. View all feedback.

What Ken F doesn't like about Beach's:
I almost never write a review and am only doing this one to get the owners to rethink their no substitutions policy. I have been a diabetic for 30 years and have myself on a stricked diet when asked for a substitution for the potatoes and toast at breakfast they said absolutely not. "Lovely environment. Excellent service from Kasey. Mushroom soup was very good. Specialty Manhattan was a work of art and tasted excellent. The balsamic reduction for the fresh bread was unique and delicious. The left a little bit too be desired. Was good , but not exceptional. Press coffee added charm to the experience. Would like to have given the restaurant a 3.5. Would be a 4, but the cost meant higher expectations. A solid if unremarkable experience."
