Nice sports bar just off of Pewaukee Lake. The food is above average. Drinks are pretty reasonably priced. The pizza was good, but kind of greasy. The cheese curds are the weird cheese blocks…not really legitimate cheese curds in my opinion. Good assortment of bar games and lots of TVs. View all feedback.
What Andrew Meddaugh doesn't like about Curly #x27;s Waterfront Sports Grill:
Super busy and no seats available when we arrived. There were people (not employees) actually going around harassing people with tables asking them how long until they were going to leave. Who does that? People at Curly’s apparently. View all feedback.
This is a fantastic place! Always help with Raffeln People Food is delicious! All employees so funny n nice. Never had a bad experience here, even the clientele are friendly.
Great pizza burgers and great prices. And a beautiful view of Lake Pewaukee.
Good food. Suitable beverage selection. Server, Walter, total idiot at every meeting tried not to let us sit down, but WE worked with another table and instructed the waiter to buy them a round on us. He never did it. Didn't ask if we wanted a drink until we went to the bar to get ourselves. Buyed. Never asked if the food was good, never asked if we wanted additional drinks, what we did. I tried to refuse him a few times. I had to hunt him for the bill, at the time I told him we wanted to drink more, but we're just gonna take the bill. At what time he told me, sit down. When he bought the bill, he gave it to another person and said, "Thanks to those who were not rude." Walter is one of the worst servers we ever had and should be trained if possible, or fired. We have a weekly group of 4-15 people and thought we would try Curleys. Shall we go back? Only if we don't have to open up with Walter.
My wife, 6yo son and I stumbled in this place after a Google search led us the block to Beugshots, we ran almost immediately from there and came over Curley's. The food was great and the service and the ambience were amazing. We'll be back!
Ok, so I don?t typically write reviews unless something is really really awesome or really really bad. Today?s lunch experience was really bad. The only reason I?m giving our experience two stars instead of just one is because my vodka lemonade was actually good. My wife had water, which she said was good too! And because they were out of several other apps on the menu, we tried the breaded mushrooms which weren?t very flavorful but at least they arrived a little warm. Unfortunately, the drinks were the only things that were good and it went downhill from there. We aren?t too tough to please but a day before our 32nd anniversary, we thought it would be fun to eat lunch with a lake view. It didn?t even bother us that we had to wipe our own table down from prior guests. No biggie- we totally didn?t care. But the food? It was bad. Just bad. And we totally didn?t even care about the price today. I ordered the French Dip sandwich and ?upgraded? to get haystacks. Both came out cold. And I don?t mean just chilly. Ice cold. I was super hungry and left half of it there. Dipping a cold French dip sammy into cold Au jus is just not how you want to eat them. I have never ever left haystacks on my plate in my life. Ever. My wife ordered the ceasar chicken wrap. Although not horrible like mine, it wasn?t very flavorful either. And the chips they serve with the sandwiches taste generic-like. I did feel bad for the poor young lady running around, bartending by herself AND waiting tables all on her own- seemed she and the cook were the only ones working. No wonder it was all cold. When I went to pay the bill, there was another worker, a man, who took my money. The poor young lady mentioned she just lost her summer help, I do hope they get at least another server to help them. I?m hopeful these folks get it figured out- perhaps we?ll give them another try but not for awhile.
