Roman's Pizza Phalaborwa

Great food, terrible service. They used to be my go-to pizza restaurant, but today was unacceptable. They normally would have done a order in 20 minutes max. Now its 40mins.-1 hour!! Staff were super friendly and had big smiles on their faces, great customer service and my pizza came quick, will definitely come again! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150

Friendly staff. Well a lot more can be improved such as quick customer service. Place to sit-in is can't accommodate more then 10 people. Order numbers are still called by voice (old fashioned way) and if is noisy you can easily be skipped because they will think mybe tou decided to go out. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
