Bumcha - Phan Rang

This place is among the best in Phan Rang, within the category of Cafés, and so far the customers of the Bumcha have not really been satisfied.

What User doesn't like about Bumcha:
that is just a coffee house. Sure, they have some juice and tee and coffee that are vegan, but every coffee place has that. if it could be one if they offer at least soy (or cocose, mandel, hafer). based drinks, but they don't. it is also not a very nice place, and it smells kind of bad, many smokers hanging around cigarettes smoking (including some of the workers, the service is bad, and .i just nothing good to say...
