We ordered two lattes one hot one ice. They spoke no English so we had to point at the menu. We got two black coffees. My wife tried to explain what she wanted and they couldn't figure it out. I tried to drink mine but it was bitter. They have no sugar out (really? and I could not get them to understand that I wanted sugar. We ended up walking out.
