So if you plan to visit Phayao, this place is recommended. Actually we visited. A few times we enjoyed it so much. The quality of food is great and the price is very reasonable. Live music entertainment later in the evening. Service by the many employees they have is great and from order to service was really fast. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about ร้านอาหารแสงจันทร์ พะเยา Saengchan:
Good thai food, prices are not cheap but correct. Service was good. Credit cards aren't accepted which justifies the 3 stars. You have to search for a cash machine if you don't have enough money with you. View all feedback.

Nice place to hang, there are also live band, love to drink there with my girlfriend
Very good Thai food, prepared less sharp on request (in Thai language). Extensive menu with English language and many pictures a good place to taste different Thai dishes. And the cook doesn't sneak on vegetables or seafood. Be careful, sometimes a menu item explains two dishes in one block and the young, serious waiters try hard, but don't speak English at all (even if it appears that way). Draft Singha beer available, happy no beer girl system. The live music I would call acoustic pop. The (up to five pieces houseband is smooth and professional, but in no way exciting or spicy. It's more dinner music and no one will get up and dance around the table. The unusual is a saxophone player in this band. Clean and spacious toilets. Outdoor seating can be cold and windy at the end of December. (A relatively similar alternative in the tourist area Phayao am See would be the slum bar also with live music and outdoor seating (and not slum). The slum bar is aimed at younger people, the live music seems more rocky and trendy. Beer girl, chairs without backrest. Slum Bar 's menu has no pictures and no English (even if they call themselves slum bar in big red English letters). Several standard Thai dishes I asked about were not in the menu. Just Chang beer in Slum Bar. Then there is a whole campus of live music bars large and small a little outside the tourist area oriented to younger people with facilities like BM Pub, Wooden House or Nine9.
For me it's the best place to eat overlooking the lake, especially at sunset Clean, open aired and airy. Attentive staff and good selection of dishes and rvery easonable prices. I had a whole fish in lemon sauce for 235 Baht (see photo) Worth visiting If you don't like live music, eat there before 7.30pm
It's one of the good places to go for a dinner. Food is good and prices, not cheap but correct. Nice terrace by the lake The only black point is that credit or debit cards are not accepted.
