"The restaurant is good, but it's quite expensive. They also had some difficulties getting our meal right. They grounded some of the pages that came with every meal, they served a person in our party a very rare burger, but the food was very good."

"Stopped here because it was close to the campground we are staying at. Nice bar area with a great view of the Eagle Lake.Has an outdoor deck and an covered patio with garage doors opening onto the outdoors and lake. Good selection of beers. Hubs had the Club Sandwich with fries. Hard to screw that up. I decided on the chicken wings which was a mistake. The sauces are not listed with the wings, but above the appetizer section and aren't specified as wing sauces. Under the Wings section are two columns: Reg (Regular), and Hot. On the left is a column of serving sizes such as 10, 20, 50. The difference between regular and hot was $5 for 10 wings and scaled up from there. Turns out, the wings were breaded, but the menu didn't state they were. I told the waitress I'd have 10 regular with Franks. She asked if I wanted sauce on the side, or the wings shaken in sauce I chose shaken. Turns out they don't have naked wings, they're all breaded, and they charge $5 to coat the wings rather than serving sauce on the side. Very confusing. I brought it all to their attention and was given 1/2 off the wings. I won't go there again."

"I never thought I would find my favorite thin crust pizza 2,400 miles from home. I'm partly serious here, but in a way I would almost be willing to leave my home in Tucson, and move to Eagle River just so I could eat Butch's Pizza every day. We alwaysorder our pizza well done and eat it there. You know how pizza is if you take it home and Butch's is so special, we eat itthere. Sometimes we will get another to go. Order it your way, it still will be one of the very best pizzas (if not THEE best)thin crust pizza you've ever eaten."
