we traveled 40 minutes for the best Chinese food I had for years. we had crispy tofu with paprika: small pretty from hot, silky tofu, encased in a crispy, deep roasted dish of what I suspect was rice flour. served with a mix of cut hot paprika and crispy pieces of roasted schalottes and peanuts (I think,)Next was crispy. the hunch was tender and juicy. next time, I want to try something like disappointments or get my...
