This review is not representative of the whole menu (Cosmi's has great italian hoagies) but Cosmi's currently does not make a good cheesesteak. Regardless of if you pay for extra cheese or not the sandwich comes as a bare roll lightly coated in cheese with steak on it. What I ordered, supposedly, is a cheese steak with extra cheese.
