The Dining Car is a diner with history. It?s been part of the landscape on Frankford Avenue for a long, long time. They serve everything you?d expect a diner to serve. The menu is full of choices, so many choices. Breakfast is good, lunch and dinner are not as good. The service also depends on the time of the day. Be warned, some of the servers are rude.
