I knew this restaurant when I visited chicago, and I repeat every time I was there and only knows they are in my city. I am excited yesterday and you eat is always excellent, but the service was bad. I have to repeat the order several times. I understand that they shorten the personal, but the service still needs to improve the great time, and the restaurant is very smokey. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gyu-kaku Japanese Bbq:
- I love this place. the pandemic brought out the worst. when they order, eating comes completely frozen. we tried to dive in and were rudely turned off at the door. “We don’t take walk-ins anymore.” the place was 1/3 full. even if they need to make a reservation, maybe be hospitable? honestly, this restaurant refutes me now.
Food was great, crowded on the weekend. Little over priced for sushi buffet
Food was super delicious. Awesome concept. Meat was seasoned and marinated to perfection. That rice was awesome as well. Have to go back and bring friends.
