What Jennifer likes about Ipho Vietnamese:
We only had to drive 7.5 hours for the best Pho ever! We ordered a large to share and still had half leftover. The portions are large and price is great for pho of this quality. And that grilled chicken...it was amazing, so tender and juicy. I would say it had a teriyaki flavor, if you like that. We were certainly not disappointed and are glad to have discovered this gem while visiting Philadelphia. View all feedback.
What John Miller doesn't like about Ipho Vietnamese:
The food was good. But I’m removing 1 star for each of three payment related issues.1) the menu prices are wrong. You think the prices are one thing, but then when you go to pay they are higher.
