Libertine - Philadelphia

What User likes about Libertine:
we loved it! we needed a place to eat before a show in the kimmel center. I found this place and it was amazing. we went on Sunday after brunch and the food was delicious. even better they had $5 bloody marys mimosas. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Libertine:
Service was slow and inattentive. We waited nearly an hour for our food and coffee, with a nearly empty restaurant. All of our eggs had clearly been sitting out, poached yolks were hard, scrambled eggs were rubbery. The fruit salad side tasted frozen, the pimento cheese app was shredded cheese with hot sauce, and the toast bar sat with no sliced bread for our entire stay.
