Pattaya is a decent local stop for a variety of Thai inspired dishes. It looks small from the outside, but there is plenty of seating inside. The service is fast and the food is prepared quickly as well. The food was flavorful, but not the best Thai I've had in Philly. I will never and I mean ever order food from this place!I used UberEATS my delivery was quick and I found out why! They sent me food that wasn't fresh! Everything was old! Even the rice had crust on it. Food is way too expensive for a restaurant not to put out fresh food! read more.
