This is the best location of our fav franchise! They are so welcoming and friendly here. My children have all celebrated their birthdays at schoo! with treats from here and they make the day and your child feel super special! Writing their names and ages in pretzel and decorating the box especially for them and making them feel like a celebrity when they come in to pick it up! They are the greatest, An employee named Dawn especially went out of her way to provide exceptional customer service for us and make my angsty tween boy full of smiles by making a flyers logo pretzel just for him! She bent over backwards to provide great customer service and I go out of my way to come to this one over closer locations and always will be it for special occasion or for a snack

Above and beyond !! Just picked up a pretzel try for my sons 3rd birthday and they made him pretzels in the shape of a number 3 !!!!! Thank you for making a little boy very happy !!
