The value during restaurant week is worth it, but in terms of Brazilian style steak, the meat was not the highest quality nor cooked the best. Typically after slicing off all pieces with searing, the skewer is returned to the grill to sear the exposed meat again. Also, the number of Brazilians actually employed was a low ratio.
