I often go there here a lot but i have to say today was my BEST service! I went today around morning time and the young lady taking my order was very polite and she really had patients because I was stuck. I believe more people like her should be hired because patients is the key and not too many people handled me well like she did today. View all feedback.

What Zach DeMarcantonio doesn't like about Saladworks:
This was brutal for 2 salads and a soup nothing else was $30 and I have never seen a salad made so poorly and with so little of ingredients. This is supposed to be half lettuce and half pasta and there is about one piece of lettuce and half of the normal amount of ingredients.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.

The food is decent but, the employees are just rude, ignorant, and just plan unprofessional. I doubt if I go back to that location ever again!

"First time. Walked in got looked at by the teen girls “running” the deli. Girl at the counter was writing someone I didn’t see yelled “ u here to order or pick up” I ordered my hoagie gave specific instructions and it was wrong when I got to work. They won’t put sides like pickles and peppers on the sandwich and they forgot to put it in my bag. No oil or vinegar! I called got passed around on the phone. After explaining it again, the girl on the phone was very rude telling me the pepper ham I asked not to have on it is on it. Then I asked about my total bc it was higher then expected again her tone and attitude “ yeah, well the menus are like 5yrs old sooo yeah the prices went up! She need to change her attitude or that’s all she even be a counter girl"

"Vinces pizza has great taste. crust is delicious. when they first opened, they had a different delivery service than doordash. it was amazing. fast, hot and amazing. then they turned on the door. I had 3 experiences:1. no call and at the time I got the "her pizza was delivered" notification, it sat vertically between my storm door and door (it was raining), but I sat there. Call me. I opened my door to the hits slipped.2 on Friday at 18 o'clock ordered. at 7:30 o’clock “delivery on the way” at 9 o’clock no pizza yet. call them to correct it and then pizza is sent. ice cold. good but not worth ~25$ a pizza after fees and tips.3 I just ordered. the pizza got up fast. on the back of a bicycle messenger. at 35 degrees weather. ice cold, toppings twisted. 28$ for müll. like the hot pizza goes on a bike without warming up in the freeze weathergood on door dash for the refund of all this. but bad on vinces for taking the company, do not actually supply warm pizza to its customers where its 25$ a pizza. imperfect"

"The food was really good- we ordered the two person platter and it was more than enough for 3 people The meat was super flavorful, the rice was really good too, as was the baklava. They also gave us tea afterwards- it was freshly made and super minty and good. Everyone was also very kind to us and went out of their way to get us a table outside and make us comfortable."
