Ti Penso - Philadelphia

What User likes about Ti Penso:
that was our second time after ti penso and we went out again and said we can't come back. service was excellent and the meal was so tasteful. the Artichoke Caprese was our favorite attizer and the pieorogi-Special was great! the most important courses were all good and scallops were made perfect. can not wait to go back View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Ti Penso:
Service was horrible. The waiters were arguing right next to our table about what table number we were and where we should have been seated. It took FOREVER to get our food. The steak was way over cooked. When we finally asked for the check the waiter said he would bring it right over and then went outside to smoke a cigarette while we sat there waiting with our card on the table.
