Went to Orexi at the Hellenic Club in Woden for the first time yesterday for lunch. They have only just started to open for lunch. The food and service was fantastic from the get go. We had mains and dessert. The food is absolutely authentic Greek food. Had chicken slouvaki for main and loukamadis ( excuse spelling) for dessert. Greek wine, Greek beer and Greek food. It was a lovely night out my partner and I had at the Hellenic Club. We did book a table but when we arrived we were the only two eating at 7pm. The whole restaurant was empty so we were looked after very well!A little too much red/ purple (Spanish) onion in all of the dishes for me but I found the food more comforting than anything.
