Good spot for cheap drinks when hanging out by the river in Phnom Penh. Happy hour beers are only $1. The happy hour beer is Angkor. House liquor during happy hour is $3 per drink. Shots of Sauza tequila for cheap. The view of the river is nice and waitress was friendly. View all feedback.
