Amazing fresh seafood, we had 6 dishes for 3 people and lots of drinks for 47 dollars. Expensive for Cambodia but worth it. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Get ready to get stuck in with your hands. We were the only foreigners there. View all feedback.

What Jeffrey F doesn't like about Heng Heng Seafood:
Venue wise, it's just a local stall at Road 145 Phnom Penh. Looks clean enough. However their tin foil baked sweet and sour fish and the baked crabs are good. The rest of their food not bad too. Costs about USD50 for a meal for 4 with the 2 mentioned dishes together with steam live prawns, vegetables, clams and 4 small bottles of beer. View all feedback.
