Just lost 4 loyal customers. Charged for drinks we didn 't order and they poored away. After that disrespected the lady for asking questions about this. Asking about how they do business and customer care responded with 'i don 't care '. Whatever the reason for the confusion with the order, this is not a way to treat customers.
