Food is very good, great location, but the 10% 3%, 7% 20% tax is way over the top, and unfortunately leaves you with a bad taste to leave with.....

Food atmosphere were great! we stopped by for dim sum breakfast after our morning walk. Food did not disappoint though a little pricey...

Nice view of the Mekong River. I ordered seafood Fried Rice and Beef Fried Noodles. Taste was OK considering the price was only about $5 per dish.
