Brio's Pizzeria - Phoenicia

A bit of a confusing setup when you go in, but you figure it out pretty quickly. We went for the mushroom pizza, which was surprisingly excellent. The shrooms were sauteed first, which makes all the difference. Service was a bit slow as they were understaffed, something that's unfortunately common in food service these days. View all feedback.

Got the shrimp scampi and it came with red sauce. No joke. It made the ghosts of my ancestors cry. I mean, it was fine, it just wasn't shrimp scampi at all and there was nothing on the description of the dish that suggested they were about to go that rogue with the preparation.
