The parking was good, the check in was very easy and pleasant. The room was very clean. The water park was perfect. We really enjoyed the water park and the finger foods and drinks. The only problem we had was that the air conditioner in the room was not cold. We had it set at 68 and it wasn’t getting cooler. It was a bit muggy and uncomfortable. What Lil Brazilian doesn't like about Arizona Grand Resort:
We didn’t like it. The grounds are old, the pools are not very clean and our 3 kids developed pink eye immediately after coming home due to a possible contagious virus picked up in pools according to our pediatrician.
