Although American Express is headquartered in Phoniex the Centurion lounge sucks at Phoneix Airport. If they can't serve their home city well then not sue how they are charging their platinum holders the premium fees. I called American express and they told me they lodged my complain but they will not be able to provide me any compensation due to poor services or not able to use shower. It is high time that American express should be made responsible for providing services for which they are charging hefty fees. Shame on you American express for cheating their loyal customers
I don't normally rate lounges as they are hit or miss depending on the day.But I needed to give a personal shout-out to Mehdi, bar tender while I was there.Attentive and forthcoming to those who didn't know what they wanted. I sat at the bar for 2 hours watching him giving beyond exceptional customer service. He is a great craftsman and does great at the bar.
Yolanda was very helpful to our family! She is attentive and gracious. We had a great experience at the lounge! We enjoyed ourselves here. We will definitely be back!
This is the first centurion lounge I have visited. It was busy. We did have to wait to get in. About half an hour. When we got in there were seats for us and plenty of food and drinks. The drinks were strong and food was delicious. Would use this lounge again.
If you like Denny's, you'll love this.Staff could have told us that we were eligible for the Escape lounge, but they didn't. And they have a policy that you can't switch from one to the other.So, FAIL for amex, the staff and the facilities. Another reason that the plat fee may not be worth it.
