THAT was the best quesadilla I've ever had: folded with grilled veggies and beef. It was thick and gooey with wonderrfully grilled vegetables and tender beef. And even more fun, I'm a huck fan and they had a Huckleberry Margarita... altho it could have used a tad more huck syrup. Been to their restaurants 3 times over the past couple of years. First visit a solid 4. Second was at the Happy Valley Road location and gave it a 3.5 primarily for service. Last vist at the Mayo location. I give them a generous 3 which means I won't return. Meh service. 3 really bad margaritas. Worst excuse I have seen for nachos in a Mexican restaurant.
