"If you are looking for the best ice cream in the city, you need to watch Churn Ice Cream! I recently tried her butter pecan and roasted coconut ice cream, and I must say it was some of the best ice cream I ever had. The butter pecan taste was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, but still rich and creamy with a delightful nutty crunch. And the roasted coconut was simply divine it had a light, tropical taste and the roasted pieces of coconut added a great texture to the smooth ice. But what this ice really laid over the top was the homemade whipped cream and fudge drizzle. The whipped cream was light and airy, not too sweet, and the fudge was perfectly rich and chocolaty without being overwhelming. It was the perfect finish touch to an already amazing ice experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Churn Ice Cream enough. The quality of the ice is exceptional, and the homemade impact cream and fudge really have it apart from other ice cream shops. If you are in Phoenix, do yourself a favor and stop from Churn Ice Cream for a shovel (or two! their amazing ice cream. Excuse my terrible picture of this one again, I was too eager to dive into him."

"The young lady making my açai bowl literally stopped went and opened both doors outside looking for me and then went bright back inside without switching her gloves and continued to touch the fruit to go inside my bowl. I asked why she didn?t switch her gloves and she said that she didn?t even think of it. They did not offer to remake my bowl for me and I am simply disgusted. That is a health code violation. How many customers come in and out of this establishment touching the doors and she didn?t even consider to change her gloves or wash her hands."
