I was served by a waitress named "Lacie," I believe, but her service was exceptional. She was very friendly and efficient, and the ice cream was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

The ice cream here is amazing! The staff is so friendly and the service is quick. I highly recommend trying the Cheesecake Fantasy flavor.

I visited on 12/12/20 and ordered the Mario Super Birthday Blast Signature creation at TUB by ICECREAM ON THE RIGHT SIDE. Unfortunately, the girl who took my order ran out of blue frosting and had to ask another employee to make more. However, she forgot to add it to my ice cream. When I got home, I realized that it didn't taste or look like the Mario Super Birthday Blast creation. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who was very nice and understanding. He invited me back to the store to remake my order. When I arrived, he welcomed me warmly and quickly prepared the remake for me, with the BUCKET ON THE RIGHT SIDE. He remembered our phone conversation and made sure I was satisfied. He was humble and attentive to my request.

When it was Busy. We were recognized immediately because it was a busy time of the day. The young lady and the gentleman worked great as a team. There are many flavors of Ice Cream and you can definitely adjust all your toppings to your ice cream. You also have Frozen Ice Cream cakes for birthday candles. You can also order a special order in advance. You can pay cash or credit card. Overall we had a great experience. Perfectly treated for warm weather.
