I made a mistake with my delivery address for a surprise birthday gift for a friend and I called the store and were able to get a new package delivered ASAP. I really enjoyed the cookies at this restaurant, but I was turned off by the unprofessional behavior of a young lady who loudly complained about a large order not leaving a tip of at least 5%. It made me uncomfortable as a customer. Despite this, I still left a 15% tip for my cookies. I hope they appreciated it, even though I felt they may have been unhappy with it. View all feedback.
