Wow! Have nothing but wonderful things to say about this smokehouse. The pulled pork was the star. I?ve never had anything like it before. Green Chile Mac, oh my goodness yum. Chris has clearly been with the company for a while and gave great service. He genuinely cares because he went above and beyond. The staff cooking have been with them for over 20 years. There was no sauce to speak of except for what separated from the vomit looking congealed cheese. The crust was thin and crunchy.
