I was not a big fan of Gertrude’s, unfortunately. I ordered the carrot beet hummus for the table and the stir fry noodle for myself. The hummus lacked any good flavor. I ended up eating the chips and not the hummus. The noodles were drowned in soy sauce, it was like soy sauce soup. I also ordered the cactus water Cosmo which tasted like sugar water.
