I've never been a fan of traditional cake crust, as a child I would eat the filling and leave the crust and I had two grandmother's who were top bakers. As an adult, I rarely eat cakes outside Thanksgiving. That means there's magic in Mom Toledo cake, the best tasting crust I've ever had, I could eat it myself. We must have gone on an off day, judging by other reviews. I looked at menu online and saw several breakfast items that sounded good, so we went at 8:15.
