What User doesn't like about Nanaya Japanese Kitchen:
We were able to split our group of 10 people, but unfortunately we were not seated at adjacent tables even though there was an empty table nearby. We were seated outside, where it was very hot, and the sound/music was so loud that we had to raise our voices to talk. However, the service was excellent and the all-you-can-eat option was very worth it. View all feedback.

Daughters birthday. Hardly anyone in restaurant at 6:30 on May 20th. Got seated right away but then the server finally brought menus, then waited to ask for drinks. We waited for drinks then he finally asked about appetizer then waited long time for those and then waited a long time again for order. Then long time waiting for food to come( really long wait Then didn’t check back on our needs etc. Then finally showed up at the end and we asked for desert and then had to wait for that. Would not eat here again. Bill over $200 and food ok but nothing to write home about and service was terrible! 2 1/2 hrs in restaurant. Was getting late and birthday girl had to drive home to Gilbert at 9 pm after working all day! horrible experience and embarrassing .
The whole experience was great. The staff were helpful, and the food was delicious.
Everything from service to eating was excellent! solemn birthday and waitress said to pick up every desert and it will be on the house! thank you!
A true hidden gem. The food was outstanding. Service was excellent. We will definitely recommend Nanaya to others and visit again!
