This place definitely has its moments of struggles at busy rushes and with the current supply chain crisis, etc. but the management definitely does all the can to make every customer feel well taken care of.Brenda, in particular, goes above and beyond to make sure she fulfills her duties as a manager. She always puts a smile on our face and makes sure we have a good experience. What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
The management at this restaurant is terrible. They do not answer their phone and avoid customers who complain about recent issues. The dessert had a dry texture and there were small pieces that seemed to be scraps from the bottom of an orange tablet. I have never been so unsatisfied with a dining experience. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. the customer service is definitiw not at the sight. we felt like we were an inconvenience for them. I found a piece of plastic bag in eating my daughter. my son has not included all the extras in the cup panda box. It's just terrible. in any case not here again.
Staff was rude, ignored me while I stood there waiting to order, just kept looking at me and wishing down the back counter. Ordered my meal and asked for soy sauce. Put 1 in the bag, asked for a few more and got a rolling eye look and a small sound effect. Ordered cheese racoon but now sweet and sour in stock. Will not be going back EVER.
Every time I walk in, the food is amazing. My go to is orange chicken and the walnut shrimp with half and half, you can’t beat it!
I was starving and felt so good when I had the first bite..
Are you hungry? If so, you'd better hope the Gen-X servers aren't too distracted by sidebar conversations to measure out the correct portion size. You never how much (or how little) food you'll receive from one visit to the next. It's all up to the whim of the employee. But rest assured, you'll always pay full price.
