I eat a lot of pho, and that was probably the worst I ever had. the broth was tasteless and the tee was cold. Not only was the tee cold, but also weird. we complained, and the manager said no refund, because we have already eaten all foods, while our tellers still contained hardly touched food. the manager gave us back the $8 we typed our server and told us no full refund because the manager was not present. very rud...
