Good atmosphere, good service, BUT I ordered a bacon egg potato and cheese burrito. Asked for extra bacon! also requested my bacon to be extra crispy ! cause that's how I like my bacon BUT the burrito had little to no bacon at all and I paid extra for this so that being said sadly this will be my last visit. Tastiest burritos in Phoenix hands down. Fresh and delicious family recipes you can really sense that comfort food charm. My favorite is the green chili burrito.
Whether a Breakfast Burrito with Chorizo and cheese, or a Regular Carne Asada Burrito with Guac this place lives up to the hype. Absolutley delicious burritos that will satisfy any craving. Added pictures of the updated pricing on their menus, but the increased prices should not dissuade anyone from considering this Gem.
The wait is ridiculous. And for an ok burro?! Go somewhere not worth the wait!!! 25 minutes for this guys!!! It literally taste like powdered eggs it?s some sort of soy chorizo very gross
I used to love to support this family establishment and always had great service. Today I ordered a green chili burrito and found when I returned to work to eat my lunch that I in fact received the wrong order. I called to get this matter resolved. The guy that I spoke to told me that I needed to drive all the way back to their establishment to get my correct order. There is no way I could have done that. I asked for a discount or a refund. The guy that was working on the afternoon of 9/29 told me that he had no ?proof? that I did not get the correct order!!! WTH!!! Unfortunately today was the last time I will be a customer to this establishment. Absolutely ridiculously poor customer service!!!!
Been coming here for years and it?s awesome to see how much the restaurant has grown and the best part about it is that the food is just as incredible as the first time I had it. They also have a patio for when it's nice out and the patio is such a vibe, I always try eating out there. I don?t want to leave out the awesome staff either! Super friendly people! Phx Burrito House is an iconic Phoenix restaurant that you MUST eat at.
