phx airport hostess was very rude and not least bit accommodating! very disappointed, not sure what his problem was, but it was unacceptable. I had to go because I refused to spend my money on location and place where they hired people with very bad customer service skills. they do not post the drinks prices, so they do not know whether they are calculated correctly for their drinks. they must be transparent with their customers.
what a sweat! 32 minutes and the cake isn't even in the many that is an airport? the rude server was the extra perk
