"I nearly forgot how much I adore Artifact Coffee! It 's a casual, open/roomy spot to socialize with a friend or two during the day. When I housesit for a friend in Hampden, I especially love walking her dog over to Artifact to sit outside and enjoy a cold brew or meet up with others in the neighborhood.The staff is always very friendly and helpful if you don 't know what to order! I appreciate their honesty and insight and have never been steered wrong by them :)Outdoor seating is my favorite, but inside is pretty nice too! It 's a little dim and feels like you 're inside a cabin imo.Coffee is always pretty consistent here! It 's not my go-to for specialty coffee, but the atmosphere and food choices make Artifact a great spot to throw some variety in the week. They 're great neighbors and a fantastic part of the community!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for drinks and food :)Kid-friendliness: Some kid friendly items, but this definitely is not a "kids place "Parking: Limited free parking lot and street parking, but in this neighborhood? you 're lucky to have that!Dietary restrictions: Notify barista/server of any dietary restrictions, as allergens are present in the kitchen."

"Paco was our server and we are very pleased with the service he provided us. We tried the lobster fingers, the octopus, the short rib and the fried oysters, and the bread pudding. In my list, #3 is the fried oysters, the #2 bread pudding and the #1 got to be the short rib! A must try! We saw the Netflix show about this restaurant and I had to try it! ???? The environment is very nice, social, casual and relaxed. Casual upscale food type I would say. A must try!"
