"The guac is outstanding. Fresh, lots of lime garlic and right amount of saltiness. Good guac is hard to find. Carne asada street tacos are to die for. Beans were good, whole pintos, not refried slop. Rice was good, I was after the tacos so the rice was decoration. Definitely worth the $12."

"I came at 8:35 to buy fresh squeeze juice. They told me they couldn't make fresh juice right now because the machine was clean. They're closing at 9:00! Robeks should post at the door, website and Google Maps that 30 minutes before closing, they can not make fresh juices."

"The manager lady here was so unpleasant, I took my grandmother here and we had an absolutely bad time. It’s Phoenix Arizona, I’m not sure if they’re aware of how hot it actually gets here. We walked inside mid day, they were far from busy but the host said a 15-20 minute wait. He said the kitchen was backed up. I said I understand and that we were patient but if at all possible if we could just be sat for some drinks and we would gladly wait to order food. He said he’d ask his manager, she then came to us and proceeded to say that she couldn’t seat us because the kitchen was backed up and asked us again to wait 15-20 minutes. I again explained we weren’t in a hurry to get food from the kitchen but more trying to escape the heat and order some drinks to at least get started. She said no sorry and walked away. So then finally 26 minutes after waiting in the lobby with my 78 y/o grandma who’s terminal With lung cancer and over heated from the 102 it was. We were seated. At this point we were getting over our initial welcome to say the least, we had our drinks and we’re waiting for it food. When another customer who was waiting has her really young grandson drop her phone behind the waiting booth. She informed the manager and host who were struggling to pull the booth out and seemed very annoyed. I offered my hand but the manager was just absolutely rude saying no we’ll get the phone, you’re booth is ready. I was completely insulted by this. I get that sometimes your customer service isn’t on point. But man to just be so rude and dismissive while not even busy in the restaurant, perhaps you’re in the wrong field. People come there for a pleasant meal in an enjoyable atmosphere, but thanks for ruining that. Will not return."

"A mobile order when I went to pick it up was told that it would be another 7 minutes and would come inside. I had to wait about 3 minutes before I was recognized. When I was asked why my food wasn't ready (isn't that the point of online order) was told me? They told me (in nicer words, of course) it is what it is and only to deal with it. No excuse, no offer of a drink while I wait, not that is necessary, but something. Now 20 minutes after my order was scheduled, they're telling me they're from something else."
