"My dining room partner is part of Polish and I was hoping we could find food like his mother and grandmother used to make. He is very shy on compliments, but ate every drop of soup, each drop of perogie smoothed in bacon / onions / cream and a little of my pork with cherry sauce and baby potatoes sample! He agrees we should come back and try some more dishes. I think he was very happy. He claimed he never tried Borschtsch soup before, but I had (on a few trips to Russia and Estonia) and the spoon I tried was really good! This is a family restaurant with some stands and tables. They order at the counter, but they served us at our table. The curtains were quite decorative and reminded me of some of the colorful shirts worn in Eastern European countries. All in all, this was a really charming experience. On a hot and humid summer day in Phoenix it was nice that someone else cook this kind of kitchen instead of cooking soup for hours at home!"

"Love this place! Best cookies I've had. This place is family owned, not a chain! They always make you feel like you're part of the family with cookies and milk just waiting for you in the kitchen when you show up. If you're looking for that just fresh, homemade cookie like grandma use to make, you need to come stop by and get a half dozen (which comes with an extra free cookie). Have a special event, occasion, or just want to send someone cookies they also have you covered with their various gift bag and wrapping options. Ya, I love these cookies!"

"I think I'm a big fan of high-quality ice, and I've tried a lot around the valley. I have to say that I have narrowed it to churn, where I have the best cream in whole phoenix. it is on a great place attached to the windsor, so that people can enjoy dessert after eating there. it feels like an old timely ice salon with a modern twist. they also have really good fresh baked cookies and a great selection of sweets. they have an alcohol-infused ice for adults along with constantly changing seasonal aromes. they are very friendly and will help them rehearse their taste with as many as they want. my favorite is the Vietnamese coffee, I am allowed here as often as my diet!"

"I come to bobaholic and I just have to say that this place is great and the customer service was always great. Girls are friendly and drinks are delicious. the place is quite close to my house and now the summer is always good to stop by and get a very delicious refreshing drink.
