What User likes about Cafe Del Rio:
Best food we had on the drive home!!! We almost didn’t stop because people bashed it in the reviews. I’m sooooo glad we didn’t pay attention. Decor was fantastic. Service was exceptional. Food was phenomenal!!! I mean phenomenal!!! I had the waffle nachos and the fries were so crispy on the outside and soft on the insides, I wanted to ask how they’ve accomplished that. What User doesn't like about Cafe Del Rio:
The food was ok. As far as Mexican food goes it’s very bland and not at all spicy. I assume they are cooking it for the demographic. The salsa that comes with the complementary chips is the biggest disappointment. It’s kinda like ketchup. It’s a nice place, good decor but the food is nowhere near authentic TexMex.
