Chaotic, disorganised, bureacratic, not clear where to go, what the process is.... My hotel manager booked me an appointment for a PCR test with fit to fly certificate at 8.30am for $3200thb. Turns out no appointments, cost is $3700thb including fit to fly, and I was there for hours. Unlike everybody else in the world, they do not email the certificate and results.
