The pomelo scallop salad was a huge burst of varying crunch and taste, the duck was crispy and served with a mild curry sauce, and the clams was uniquely paired on a light bed of risotto. Suay is a cozy restaurant with sufficient attentiveness. The only issue is the flames from the kitchen gets into the dining area making it smoky later in the meal. The toliets are also very basic, compared to what was being cooked. Otherwise a delicious and hearty meal, prepared with a lot of dedication."
